The veneer is a technique that involves applying a thin layer of a noble metal to steel to protect it from corrosion and give it a precise appearance. Many metals can be plated on steel such as copper, brass, bronze. As long as the coating is continuous and without porosity, only the noblest metal is exposed, and the latter acts as a barrier to protect the metal below from corrosion.<\/p>\n

Thermolaquing is the most common method of surface protection for steel. This technique actually involves applying powder paint to steel parts that have previously undergone surface preparation. Once done, it is then baked. In the end, the furniture becomes stronger and more durable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Browning<\/h3>\n

Browning is a technique that protects the steel and gives it a black hue. The cold browning process improves the resistance to abrasion, corrosion and aesthetics of the room. Specially designed for workshops, the process involves a degreasing step, immersion in a surface conditioner and in the browning solution.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Brushing stainless steel is a technique by which the material manages to have a texture that is both brushed and matte.<\/span> Even if the brushed furniture were to be scratched or scratched, they appear very little.
